SB-401 / 301 dial scales

Does anyone know where you can get a circular dial scale that is used in the
SB-401 and SB-301? The ones I have in my equipment are both cracked and I
would like to replace them.

I am also looking for new electrolytics to replace the multi-section cans in
the SB-401 and SB-301.
