Electrolytic capacitors for HO-10/SB-610

OK Folks...as long as we are on the subject of HV caps....  I have 3
SB610's. Two of the 3 produce a  noise much like ignition noise--a moderate
paced clicking noise that is received in the 301 or the 303 at the higher
freqs. In fact, it becomes the new noise floor on 10M. This noise is only
heard in the receivers--not audible heard from the scope itself. The moment
I turn off the scope, the noise in the receivers disappears. The 3rd 610 is
quiet as a mouse. HV caps, HV diodes, arcing inside the CRT--any idea what
is arcing???
