WTB: SB-104 Spinner Knob and/or SA-2060A Brown Knob

Guys,

Need a replacement knob for a otherwise nice SA-2060A, the larger of the two
types.  Actually, could use a small one too.  Anyone have any of these "earth
tone" series knobs?

Also, still after the ever-elusive SB-104 (and others) spinner knob with the
finger pocket.

Any help with these appreciated.  Thanks,
