ES-400 ANALOG COMPUTER SEARCH (THE BIG ONE)

Does anybody know the whereabouts of any Heathkit ES-400 Analog Computers?
(I have also heard them referred to as the H-1.)   Every significant
university had at least one of these beauties in the 1960's and 1970's.
Where are they now?
