HEATHKIT ES-400 ANALOG COMPUTER SEARCH (THE BIG ONE)

Thank you for the responses received to date about my inquiry concerning the
Heathkit analog computer. It has been brought to my attention that the EC-1
analog computer has been seen on e-bay several times in the last two years.

The EC-1 is the little brother to the ES-400 machine (sometimes called the
H-1) that I hoping somebody has seen.
The EC-1 is in a "standard" Heathkit amateur transmitter metal box like the
DX-100B uses, 19 5/8" w. by 11 1/2" h. by 15" d. It has a flat front panel.

The ES-400 is a MUCH larger unit with a sloping panel, displaying an
impressive row of 45 exposed vacuum tubes along the top! The front panel
has over 300 banana plug sockets 30 plus switches and knows, and a big meter
like a tube tester. It had a whole series of option modules that all had
ES-xx numbers. I would be happy to forward an image of the ES-400 to
anybody who is interested.

Please let me know if you know of an ES-400 (THE BIG ONE) knocking around.
I am beating the bushes.

Thank you again,
David
