[Heathkit] .djvu files

If you want to print the ENTIRE document, click the PRINT icon at the top of
the screen.

If you want to print a SINGLE page or group of pages, "right" click on the
large image, NOT the thumbnail, and then click print. The print dialog box
will come up and you can print whichever page(s) you want to.

And yes, if you want a printed copy of the manual next week or so, then an
order to any of the excellent "aftermarket" manual providers works just
fine. Pete Markavage and Al Bernard offer excellent quality at a fair
price.
