QM-1 panel meter?

I have just acquired a QM-1 Q meter. It is in very good condition and works
very well accept that the panel meter is no good. Does anyone have a spare
or know of somewhere to get one. I have contemplated getting a 50 microamp
meter of roughly the same size and swapping out the scales. I would much
rather prefer an original. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
