HW-16 Conversion to 20 meters

Hello Folks,

Can anyone give me any advice on converting the HW-16 to 20 meters?

It was written up in QST in the 70's and I am getting copies of that.

If this topic was brought up before, could you please let me know the
timeframe and I will check the archives.
