Need SB-614 CRT Tube

Is the CRT still available for the SB614 and would someone have a source
for this. I
bought a 614 and found out that the CRT is bad. The 614 I have has very
low intensity
and have thoroughly checked it out and have come to the conclusion that
the tube must be bad.
