A bit off topic question

Hello!

Does anyone knows based to experience,if 3-500Z
or equivalents including 4-400A,could installed in horisontal positions securely without fear of future problems.
I am planning to homebrew one tube small boxed tiny amplifier for about 600Watts output,and I should like to know that surely before going on in the project.
