Heath SP-18 A

This is in the "test equipment" colors with a black cover and
white face plate, instead of the normal Heath Green or Brown.
The supply is continuously variable from 1 to 15 volts, and
also has adjustable current limiting from about 0 to 500 ma.
This one works 100%.  Previous owner engraved his call
sign in the top cover.  $25 plus shipping from Florida.
