Need Keyer Help Help (HD-10)

I have HD-10 keyer (the big old one) which I built about 30 years ago which
has started making dots all the time (that's what you hear out of the
speaker). I put it away about 25 years ago, it worked just fine then. I
recently dug it out and plugged in  it and tuned it on and it begin making
dots. Checked everything I can think of, any suggestion's, other than
throwing it away.
