GC-1195 GC-1197 Chimes

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to set the
pitch of the chimes other than by ear?  I'm am not
musical but I cant seem to get them to sound right.
Seems like it would be possible to use a counter
somewhere within the circuit to measure a clock
frequency.  It may be covered on the schematic but I
don't have one.
