R F choke Heath #45-76

Trying to get an SB 650 to work with a pair of twins sb-301 and sb-401
and in the manual they say you have to connect an rf choke #45-76 to the
sb401 I have looked on the heath master parts list and this choke is not
listed and in the manual all it says is that it is supplied.  Would any
one know what value it is and where I can get one. This list is always
fount of knowledge.
