Knobs for DX-60

Greetings,

I need to replace 4 of the small control knobs on my DX-60.  Does anyone have a set or a parts unit from which they would be willing to sell the knobs, or other gear that used the same knobs?

Also, I need a good source of the cabinet paint for the same unit.
