What is it?

  I know this is off subject, but I thought I'd take a shot.

 I'm in the process of digging through my tubes etc, and I ran
across a tube that looks nearly like a 572B but it has a 5 pin
base, made by RCA and the number is a VT-154

 Any guesses as to what it is, and its ratings?
