BNC connectors??

Here we go again!  ;<)  Bob, how about "bayonet" (for the engagement
method) "Neil-Concelman" (for the gents who invented it).  There's also
the threaded version, the TNC.

Some would have one believe it stands for "British Navy connector".
They may think so; I couldn't possibly comment.
