GC 1195

I recently purchased a Heath GC 1195 clock with chimes which works OK
except for a small glitch in the timing of the chimes board.
Periodically the current tone (it could be either the tic toc, the hour
chimes or the quarter hour chimes) goes faster than it should for about
one or two beats.  The clock itself keeps perfect time.  Any thoughts on
what to change or look for would be appreciated.  Also does anyone know
where the PC board sockets for the #56 bulbs can be purchased?
