HW 5400

I just recently purchased a HW5400 with the HW 5400-1 and the HO 5404
Station monitor,

So far all the 3 pieces light up,  However

To start with the HW 5400-1 Power supply, has a hum in it, what could be my
first step to resolve this problem.
