SB-301 Problem

I have a little problem that I recently noticed with my SB-301, which I am
using with an SB-401 in tranceive configuration. It seems that I was told my
transmit frequency is slightly off from my receive frequency, which I later
verified myself on a separate receiver.

Anyway, after doing some troubleshooting, I found that the LMO frequency
shifts a little bit when the receiver is muted. It must be causing a voltage
line to sag a little or something. I was wondering if anyone else had this
problem, and what the fix might be.
