Heptode, base is 7CH with the following note:

Grids 2 and 4 are screen.  Grid 3 is signal input grid.

Filament is 12.6 volts at 150 mA.

This is one of the "12 volt" tubes.

Max plate volts is 16.  Max screen volts is also 16.  Notes that this is
a design maximum rating.

Generally used as a converter.  Typical service readings....

Plate and screen run at 12.6 volts.
Control grid is zero volts.
Plate current 0.3 mA, screen 0.8 mA.  Plate resistance 1 Megohm.
Conversion transconductance is 140.

Grid 3 is also run at zero volts, with 2.2 Megohm.
