Jackson Bros reduction drives on SB104

Anybody:

The tuning on my SB104 is erratic.  It appears the reduction drives are
failing (there are two coupled in the SB104).

Is there a method to re-grease the drive?  The grease appears to very
viscous, but sticky (not slick).

Failing that, does anybody know of a source for replacement drives?  Jackson
Brothers is defunct.
