Where's Pete Markavage?

Anyone know how to contact Pete Markavage, "The Manual Man?"  Order sent
2 weeks ago is unfilled.  Call his phone # and the service says the
message collecting service is not in service.  I saw a posting from him
on this reflector a week or so ago, but didn't note the e-mail address.

Anyone know anything???
