WTB: SA-2060A knobs& SB-104 knob

Hello fellow keepers of the green,

Looking for the meter (and or sensitivity) control knob which is brown with a
grey insert and 0.750" (skirt)

Also looking for one of the bigger tuning knobs used on the variable
capacitors and the roller inductor.  Also brown with grey inserts.  These were used on
other heathkits as well (not sure which).

Lastly, I am still looking for a SB-104 (and others I imagine) "spinner"
knob.  This is much like the HW-101 main tuning knob but is black rather than dark
green and has a finger hole.

I would hold my breath for any of these, but thought I would ask.
