Schematic for TO-1 Test Oscillator

I found a TO-1 Test Oscillator at a swapfest and it does not work.  Seems to
have proper voltage to the 12AU7, but no output.  I am looking for a
schematic so I can troubleshoot the “bugger.”  Can anyone help??
