FS: HX-1681 CW Transmitter

I have for sale a Heathkit HX-1681 CW Transmitter, $250 + shipping from 21701.  The cabinet and face are in mint condition.  I don't know how this unit operates, but my Dad assures me it worked properly last time he used it.  The original manual and schematics are included.  The checklist in the manual has been completed.  I can provide pictures if desired.
