Replacement Finals??

Sounds like an alignment problem, or maybe weak injection
to one of the mixers. A tube is not going to amplify fine at 30 Mhz
and not at 7 Mhz, the tube doesn't "know" what frequency is going
through it, is either capable of running at a certain frequency or
it isn't. Could be a cap drifting and detuning something etc.
