Heathkits - NEW - Unbuilt

Garry,

OK the gentleman purchased 4000+ boxes from a liquidator when Heathkit went TU.  Assuming that this is 4000 kits with an average value of $200 to $300, the whole lot may be worth more than $1 million today!  Not bad.  How were the boxes stored?  That is, where the boxes stored in a manner to protect their contents from excessive heat, humidity, dirt?

I would assume that because the gentleman that own's them was never in any 
hurry to sort through 4,000+ boxes.  Nor in any financial crisis to warrant 
such action.
