Cross-Border Shipping....

I have had the same problem before, buying something from a Canadian
and having it shipped to the US.  Cost me an additional $18, US.

Also, I just tried to ship some equipment to Guam from the 48 and had
it retutrned because I failed to complete a "Customs" form.
Evidently, any box being shipped outside the 48 now must have the
contents listed separately on a customs form, and the form included
with the shipment.  My post office wasn't even aware of the change
until my packages came back.  Just FYI.
