hd-1481 switch

Hi Mike,

I have used the HD-1481 on 6 meters, feeding a Cushcraft 5 el Yagi.  SWR was
about 1.2:1.  I never made any other measurements, e.g. for internal losses,
and haven't used it on higher frequencies.  It seemed to work fine on 6.
