Varactor Diode Search

Hi all:

I'm trying to locate an MV-2110 varicap diode, to complete some work on an
HW-2036A.  The Heath part number is 56-640.  These diodes are out of
production, and evidently difficult to locate.  RF Parts lists them in their
catalog, but are out of stock.
Can anyone help ?
