D-104 & hw-101

Hi folks - I picked up a new D-104 (transistorized version) without a wiring diagram. My intention is to use it with my hw-101 and other Heath xcvr's. Would anyone be able to tell me the correct connector wiring? I see black,blue,red,yellow,white, & shield. tnx!
