FS: Heath SB-650 Digital Display

I have an SB-650 display available.  While all the digits display all
segments, I have no way of doing any further testing.  I don't want to
open up and modify my SB-102 just to test it, so it is being offed AS
IS.  Cabinet could use a re-paint. I have a partial manual to go with it.
