There were lots of similar toys beginning with the James Bond craze in the
early '60s (any earlier?)  One product line I remember seeing in comic book
ads was called "Agent Zero-M", but IIRC all of the items in the line had
that name plastered all over them in large letters (inconspicuous, no? ;-).
