Carrier Null Control - HW-101

The original pot was definitely hooped.  I couldn't find a 10-turn pot but I
did have a couple of high quality 0-215-ohm ones from a stash of Marconi
CH-25 parts I've accumulated.  Put one in and all is now well on the carrier
null front.  Now to figure out the alternate neutralization procedure.....
