Movie Frequency

I thought that was a pretty serious flaw in an otherwise good movie, but
only hams would catch it.
I wonder what jack he plugged the microphone into.

I know that the subject of just what piece of Heath
equipment was used in the movie Frequency has come up
numerous times.  The movie was just shown on the
Sci-Fi Channel (cable television) and there was about
a 2 second "close up" of the nameplate.  The unit was
definitely an SB-301 receiver.  Also, when the
receiver is being removed from the foot locker there
is an SB-600 speaker.  However, in some of the scenes
the speaker has been changed to one of the rectangular
mobile speakers, possibly the HS-24.
