HW-9, no TX output

Hello!

Perhaps it´s to early in my troubleshooting to ask this question. 

I have a HW-9 (with HWA-9 Bandpack) and there´s no TX output on any band.
Where to start? 

There´s also very poor sensitivity on 40 meters. I´ve tried to realign the
receiver, but no success.
