Heathkit capacitor checker. Help???

I am restoring a Heathkit capacitor checker IT-11
(which is the same as IT-28). I have a complete copy
of the manual, EXCEPT for the foldout from page 10,
that supposedly contains pictorials 2, 3 and 4.

Would some kind soul scan and email these 4 pages to
me? Or, Xerox them and snail mail (I'll be happy to
reimburse expenses)?
