SB-104 and SB 604 dimensions?

Hello to the list.

I have a simple question that  I couldn't find the answer to online
anywhere.  (the rigpix site didn't give dimensions, and the manuals are
not available online)

Can anyone tell me the overall dimensions of the SB-104 transceiver and
the SB 604 speaker cabinet??
