HP 1144A

Having a problem with my HP1144A Power supply.  When using low power on my
SB104A the power supply works OK,  But when I push the Hi Power button and
key the mike the power supply blows it fuse.  The radio works fine with a
non HK power supply such as the Astron 20 Amp.  Any suggestion
