Heath RF signal generator

I have a Heath Kit RF signal generator I am trying to restore.

There is no model number on the unit.  The panel and knobs remind of the
early model Heath Kit test equipment.  All connections are via 1/4 inch
phone jacks.   The rf tube which fits a seven pin miniature tube socket is
missing.  The audio oscillator has a 6C4 tube in its location and audio
signal is observed on a oscilloscope.

Does any one know what type of tube the RF oscillator should use or have a
schematic?
