HW-101 and D-104

Hello All,
    I have an Astatic D-104 and an HW-101. I need the wiring info to get
these two together. The D-104 is a Silver Eagle that worked with my IC 746.
The plug has been removed as has the battery in the base. The HW-101 has the
original style 2 pin mic jack. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. 73.
