What size Allen / Hex wrench for kc dial set screw?

Ron,

5/64" is correct. If you a true value hardware store close at hand, you can
buy the single wrench for about 75 cents. In case some is interested, the
one that fits the dial adjust (that little silver knob) is .050. It costs
about 50 cents. The overall size is just what you need and they even furnish
you a yellow plastic holder for the wrench.
