Seeking Heath Scope training course manual

Heath had a scope training course consisting of a test chassis and a thick book.
I am looking for an affordable(for a retired old duffer like me) copy of the manual.$10.00 or less...maybe...hopefully?
eBay has it on CD but I'd rather not have to print out 244 pages and there is no computer monitor mounted above my bench so working directly from a CD is a bit tough.
