RF choke for SB220 (RFC-5)

Brian,
Joe was not using it in the plate choke position -- it is beyond the plate
coupling. It is just there in case the coupling cap is slightly leaky to
prevent the high voltage from showing up on the antenna. A similar RFC is
used on most of the Heath SB amplifiers.
