Feedback on Eico 723 meter 'bounces'

Thanks to everyone who replied to my query regarding the meter bouncing
on the EICO 723 I am working on. All with an opinion said that was
normal with the 723 or any similiar 'low end' transmitter (e.g. Heathkit
AT-1, Johnson Adventurer, etc).  Boy, I sure would have a problem living
with that! But it is not my transmitter so I'm going to leave it alone!
