AT1/HW7 Questions

Have a couple questions/requests:

Anyone have an original small knob for the HW7?

Anyone have a couple of the pointer knobs for the older style AT1?

Re HW7:  Has anyone used any kind of small amp or amplified computer speaker
with this rig?  Would like to use a speaker instead of headphones!
