HW-12 Drift

Drifts continuously or after power up until warmed up?  If the latter, it is
normal for the Heathkit tube rigs.  The way to solve it is fiddling with the
VFO fixed value capacitors (don't ask me which ones) with the correct
temperature coefficients to counteract the drift.  This could be arrived at
experimentally with a cache of the right types and values of caps and a lot of "cut and
try" experimentation.
