HX-20 balanced modulator

Can anyone recommend suitable replacement diodes for the balanced
modulator in the HX-20 and where to purchase them? The original diodes
were encapsulated as a matched pair and I believe were the same ones that
were used in the HX-10(Maurader). My transmitter works fine on CW but has
no output on SSB . The speech amplifier stages seem ok, but theres no
signal coming out of the crystal filter, so it would appear it's either
the diodes or the crystal filter itself.  Any other suggestions would be
appreciated. Thanks, Greg  W8GP
