Test equipment

Recently acquired some test gear that I don't know much about, as far as
history goes:

IM38 AC VTVM
IT28 Cap Checker
OL1 Scope
ID101 Electronic switch.

Anyone know the approximate age, scarcity and desirability of these?  Anyone
able to copy a manual?
